We've added this handsome brindle baby named BEAR to our adoptable dogs album. As we work with him more and get him to sit still long enough to get some more pics we will add to it.
What we know:
He's a brindle pit about 2 1/2 years old.
He weighed in at 58 pounds and his teeth are in good shape.
Neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, heartworm FREE, and FULL OF PUPPY ENERGY.
This boy was put into a playgroup at the rescue he came from that they labeled "rough and rowdy" ... and boy does he show it!
He's very curious about other dogs, and needs a strong person (male or female) to handle his curiosity.
He is very interested in meeting ANY dog that he comes across, but is less "rough and rowdy" with female dogs.
He walks well on a leash, but hold on tight if he makes a beeline for something that piques his interest! He responds well to his name and very basic commands.
Car rides are a absolute joy for him. On the way from the vet this morning from his wellness check, he tried to sit in our volunteer's lap to help drive (with his head on her shoulder).
He's a lover and will be a great addition to just about any family. We would suggest a female companion and to work with him on any interaction he would have with other animals
