🚨 As our busiest time of year approaches, we would like to reiterate our late cancellation/no-show policy:

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a later date, you let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

There is a no show/late cancellation fee per dog, per missed appointment.

Please understand that missed appointments and late cancellations leave us no time to fill the appointment spot, resulting in a sizable loss of income for our groomers. With such an extensive list of clients looking to book appointments this time of year, it is crucial that our already scheduled clients do show up to their appointments.

**New clients: We have a lengthy waiting list for potential new clients at this time. We do our best to accommodate you all, but please note there can be a 6-8+ week wait. Please ask us about being put on our waiting list and we will be happy to contact you as soon as we get availability.**

As always, THANK YOU to all of our clients who continue to support us and trust us with your for legged family members. We couldn’t do this without you all! 🐶🫧✂️
