We will be at Sundance Meadows in November. Check out Cherie’s herd if you need something brought home. I promise you, these horses are worth every penny.

Let me start by saying I never expect a simple, uncomplicated year. I’m grateful that by grace alone, we get by. Some beloved horses were lost this year, so my heart has been heavy. Our area has been so drought ridden that pastures and hay crops have suffered. The well has been dry since early summer and now springs are drying up. Many of my late foaling mares this year have been deliberately left open, so next year’s foal crop will be roughly half. As an added bonus, I’ve had a record number of buyers back out of purchases this season.
With that said, it’s weaning season and time to get foals ready for their new homes. I’ll be posting pics of babies that are still available. If you’ve considered adding a foal to your life, this may well be your year. I’ll also be offering some mares through private treaty only. Lastly, no tire kickers please. In addition to watching this page, our website is up to date and an excellent means to view our crew. Be sure to check it out.

Life has dictated that the BeerBarn make some changes. We will not be standing a stud and will be making some changes to our herd. We’ll be posting some of our herd as we sort out what is staying. Thanks to everyone who has supported this brand. The RB is not dead, but looking to simplify and live within our means.
