Crystal Image Farms located in Northern California is looking to add a home based Assistant Trainer to our team.

We are a boutique high-end training & sales program with a maximum of twenty horses located at a beautiful facility nestled in the Bay Area hills.
Our ideal candidate is an organized, self-motivated team player with exceptional people skills. Must have the ability to teach clients and ride client, sales, and import horses. We value flat work to be extremely important.

Our clients are a welcoming and kind group and we prioritize a fun and inclusive environment. We do not offer a beginners lesson program, but have an impressive barn of equine athletes competing on the West Coast A show circuit who consistently earn prestigious awards in the Equitation, Hunters, and Jumpers.
