SALES POLICY:
EVERYONE is subject to our sales policy, whether you read it or not. By placing a deposit or purchasing a pup from South Texas Weimaraners you agree to the terms of the sales policy. We are located south of San Antonio, Texas in the Jourdanton, Pleasanton, Floresville area. Anything over 1 hour will be an additional $50 an hour. South Texas W
eimaraners has the right to refuse any sale. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to hold a pup. You have 24 hours to pay your deposit. You may move your deposit to another litter, for up to 2 years. Pups are picked by order of deposits received. Remaining balance is to be paid in full with cash at time of pickup or via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle, 1 day prior to pick up in order for payment to clear. If you fail to pay for your pup when he/she is ready for their new home at 7-8 weeks of age, we have the right to sell the puppy to another customer and you will lose your deposit. Due to the health and safety of our pups, visits without an appointment are not allowed and are not scheduled until pups are ready to join their families. We DO NOT allow visitors. Under no circumstances will I sell a pup that appears to be sick or have any health issues. South Texas Weimaraners guarantees puppy is in good health at the time of placement or delivery. We are not liable for any accident or injury of the puppy once it leaves our premises, including medical expenses. Once the puppy leaves our care we have very little control over how the puppy is handled, where the puppy is taken or what the puppy is exposed to. At time of placement or delivery, the puppy will have had proper vaccinations. This does not mean they are immune to diseases they have been vaccinated against. Check with your Veterinarian and follow up on all boosters before taking your puppy out in public including parks, lakes, pet stores, etc. Do not let puppy roam freely, or allow other pet owners at Veterinarian’s office to handle puppy. This is important as they may be visiting the vet with a sick pet. New owner agrees to maintain this puppy’s good health, including completing all new puppy vaccinations, as well as annual physical examinations with a licensed Veterinarian as they are due. Puppies will come with AKC pet papers (no breeding rights), vet records, age appropriate inoculations, dew claws removed and tails docked by our vet. They will be wormed at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of age. If papers are not provided upon pickup the papers will be mailed to your address in which you provide above. If for any reason, at any time, you are unable to keep or care for this puppy/dog, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in rehoming to a new approved home and if needed take the puppy/dog into our home in order to rehome him/her. Although we will not reimburse you for the purchase price, we guarantee to find him/her a new loving home. Breeder requests that if the puppy/dog is rehomed on your own that we are provided with new owners contact information, including name, address and phone number. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE PUPPY/DOG TO BE PLACED IN A PET STORE, ANIMAL SHELTER OR SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENT. WHEN PLACING A DEPOSIT OR PURCHASING A PUPPY FROM SOUTH TEXAS WEIMARANERS, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO OUR SALES POLICY.
