This puppy did not know that he helped diffuse a situation by grabbing the leash!!!

Look at these two friends playing so nicely. I spent so much time making sure that when they play it’s safe and fair for both dogs. You can see how nicely the bigger dog plays with the little one. That is years of active supervision. The lab is 3 years old and the Boston terrier mix is 9 years old. Supervision is key to safe playtime for your dog.

Do you have a troublemaker in your house? That’s really just an expression. Lulu is a nervous, insecure little dog. She often gets the rest of the group worked up and sometimes gets hurt in the process. Tomorrow I will show a technique that’s helps her stay calm.
