I don't know if I am ready for the storm, but my arena is! Floating it like this allows it to drain much faster after a heavy rain. And dragging it is like being on a giant zen garden!

Horse boarding available in Plymouth, CA. I currently have space in both my mare and gelding group pastures.
Here are the details:
$300 a month
Fed alfalfa and/or forage mix hay as needed.
Shelter is currently large oak trees, and blanketing before storms is provided for horses that need it, with some exceptions.
An experienced, horse professional is in charge of the care of the horses, and horses are monitored for changes in behavior, appetite and unsoundness.
We have an arena, round pen and free trailer parking.
We cater to the retired and semi-retired horse, but riding horses are welcome as long as the owner is aware that we are not a hustling, bustling riding stable and enjoy the peaceful nature of the ranch.
Gelding pasture is about 20 acres
Mare pasture is about 5 acres

We have immediate availability for retirement boarding (Plymouth, CA) in our basic group pasture ($300) and semi-private pasture ($350). Includes Alfalfa and/or Forage hay twice a day. Semi-private pasture horses can be fed pellets or grain and supplements if owner provides. Horses must be respectful of hotwire fencing. Local or long-distance clients welcome. Rhett is enjoying the newly set up grass turnout pen. It won't be green year round, but now I have an extra place, besides the round pen, to turn out the paddock boarded horses. We have some paddocks and group pasture space available for boarding.

On the extra hot days I try to go out and spray off the ones that like it. Sonny is undecided if he likes it, but Rowan comes right up and will stand as long as I will spray her. ☀️
