Good evening everyone! I am sure some of you have heard about the new respiratory virus that is spreading around to our pups, if not please take a moment to read some of the precautions we can take to prevent and ensure we are doing as much needed to keep this away from our homes along with the salon!

I will still be offering and keeping appointments on the books but will be taking precautions and extra disinfecting schedules between pups as they are coming to the salon for there spa days.

Due to the severity of the spreading if a pup does get sick or show symptoms of it I will be waving the 24 hour no show fee. If your pup is having any symptoms of the following (Vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, lethargy) within the last 10-14 days of your appointment time or date please let me know asap and we can write it off the books till further notice. They are currently recommending 4 weeks for quarantine if you notice any of the symptoms. The symptoms are very similar to kennel cough and are getting mistaken for it so please be sure to have your pup vet checked as soon as possible to be certain.

To help keep your pups safe it is recommended to try and pick them up as soon as possible from the salon when they are ready for pick up to reduce spread as others will be coming in and out of the salon. I hope this information will help others so we can all keep our pups as safe as possible and get through this k9 virus! Thank you guys for being such amazing clients!
