Effective immediately!! I sincerely apologize that I am going to have to start charging $10 for every 10 minutes you are late. Unless, previous arrangements have been made. I am spending too much time sitting and waiting for pet owners to pick up. I am not a border. I am a groomer, my shop is small and I prefer there not to be a lot of dogs in it. It’s rough on the other dogs and myself. I do not have time to take dogs out to go potty. I will give you an approximate time that I think I will be done before you leave. Then, I will text you when it’s going to be 20 to 30 minutes before I am actually done. There is no reason I should have to wait 30 minutes, 40 minutes, to an hour after you have been given the time I will be done. I truly apologize for this, but I am tired of being taken advantage of. If you can’t be here at that time, just be honest with me and I will be more than happy to work with you. Sincerely, Jaymie

Good Morning everyone. Please be mindful in bringing me your up to date shot records for your pets.

Also, after much debate I have decided to cut back on doodles if they are not on a 6-8 week schedule.

Please schedule your appointment before you leave so I don’t have to do this. It is not fair to me as I am finding myself working every Saturday, sometimes Sundays to accommodate everyone. I am only wanting to work 1 Saturday a month.
But… more importantly it is not fair to your dog.

When a dog mattes it is very painful. The pulling and yanking isn’t fun. Even if I shave it , it still causes pain and skin irritation. So please, work with me to do what is best for your pet. Doodles of any kind are high maintenance and require frequent grooming.

Please do not think I am implementing this as a way to get more money. I am not! I feel like my grooming prices are very reasonable, if anything on the low side. I just want what is best for your pet.

If you feel the need to go elsewhere I truly understand.

Reminder today is the day my prices go up. They will go up $10.00 for a full groom. $5.00 for bath and deshed, and $2.00 for nail trim.

Also, due to the continued amount of time that people are leaving their dogs here after I text them that they are ready I am going to have to start charging. All I am asking is for you to ask me if it’s ok that it may take alittle longer for u to get here. Alittle heads up is greatly appreciated. I am finding myself sitting in my shop waiting for owners to pick up their dogs while they get their nails done or maybe running to the mall. I can not do this anymore. I am a flexible person. I will work with you! All I am asking is that u remember I am a dog groomer not a dog border. My shop is small, I don’t have time to take dogs potty, and I also have a busy life as well. So with this all being said I will work with you but also at the same time I need you to work with me. A heads up, is all I am asking.

It is with a heavy heart that I need to say as of November 1, 2023. There will be a $10.00 pay increase if I do a full groom on your dog.
Bath and deshedding-$5.00 increase.
Nails only - $2.00 increase.
Unfortunately, my supplies keep going up. I apologize sincerely for having to do this.

Please be mindful of your appointment times! If you are more then 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule. I am starting to get very busy and can’t run behind. If you can’t keep your appointment please send me a text so we can reschedule. I would much rather reschedule ahead of time instead of sitting a couple hours doing nothing. One more thing.….. Sorry…..unless prior arrangements have been made please plan on picking up in a timely manner! Please remember I am a dog groomer not a dog border!
