While the shelter is not an easy environment for any dog to be in, some dogs have an even harder time than others. This is the case for Marty. Marty has been waiting for over 2 months, and the kennel life is really getting to her.
Outside of the kennel she is the best dog! She is gentle and calm on leash and is a great walking buddy who often likes to stop to smell the flowers. Nothing compares to her two favorite things: toys and booty scritches! Marty loves to get pet and will lean against you for more. She can also keep herself entertained with stuffy toys, but will also appreciate you throwing it for her now and then.
Can you give Marty a forever home, or even a temporary foster home? It would mean the world to her!

Check out this special little man, Beezlebub! At only 4mos old, this cute kitten has had a rough start to life and is looking for a special home to give him all the love and care he needs. See, he was born without a tail and had a prolapse making it difficult for him to do his backside business. He has since been all fixed up, but still needs some help to keep his booty groomed and clean. What he can make up for, though, is his sweet affectionate, and playful kitten fun!
