Waylon working on chickens!
It’s been a long & often frustrating journey with our “little” Waylon. I’m used to pups that spent more time with mama for some training. His situation resulted in him being removed at just 8 weeks. Today he surprised me by being non-reactive to chickens in the barn, arena and coop. He’s still too young to be left unattended with poultry & goats but i can tell my hard work is starting to pay off. GOOD BOY WAYLON! 💙
Our second doe due to kid is our adorable short-stack, MCH HNY Kalee. This girl is about 16.5” tall she is bred to our beautiful blue, blue-eyed boy, FF Indigo. He stands 20” at the wither at just under 2 years old. He has super soft, shiny hair that has grown & leveled out more over the winter. Super excited for this pairing as these two compliment each other well.
