In memory of 9/11, we will never forget.
It's a reminder to keep the memory of the September 11th attacks alive in our hearts and minds, honoring the lives lost and the resilience shown in the face of tragedy. It serves as a tribute to the victims, first responders, and all those affected by the events of that day, ensuring that their legacy endures.
Did you know, that while the primary focus was on human lives and safety, efforts were made to rescue and care for animals affected by the attacks? Some people who worked in the WTC or lived in the surrounding area had pets with them when the attacks occurred. In the immediate aftermath, efforts were made to locate and rescue these pets. Some were found and reunited with their owners, while others were cared for by animal shelters.
