Our sweet girl "Jazz" Lakylu Oasis Midnight Music RN RI, earned her CGC title this past weekend in Belton. She also had a fun time in the conformation ring picking up some nice ribbons and a class win on Sunday!

We had a great time at the DFWLRC Specialty Show on Sept. 14-15. Chaps was Best of Opposite in Sweeps and Dazzle was Best of Opposite Veteran at age 14. Dazzle also had fun in Showmanship with her sweet handler, Alison Winning Resv. Champs! & Xena and Abigale took the cake with 2 Best in Show Jr Wins! Thanks to the DFWLRC for a great show!

It really does take a village - It's taken me a few days to post as I wanted to make sure I had the right words of gratitude to all who have helped me on my Australian Cattle Dog journey. First of all, my husband David Phillips for supporting all my crazy! My girls, LaKayla Phillips and Kylee Phillips for sharing my love of dogs and inspiring the purchase of the fabulous "Reign Dog". She is one of my soul dogs. A decorated individual in performance & AKC CH pointed. Thank you Kelli Lyons & Mark Philpott for breeding her. Doc Sherri Opara for helping me learn - what a fabulous mentor and friend you are. "Bruno" was the best and made some amazing puppies with Reign, a couple who are "Joey" & "Kacey". A huge amount of gratitude goes to Lisa Bowman for trusting me with her beloved "Tiger" boy - You have been an instrumental part of our success. Your friendship and guidance in breeding great dogs have been invaluable. My vets at Canton Veterinary Clinic Dr. Eberhart, Miranda Lester, Amanda Davis Armstrong, and all your staff -I won't even begin to try to tag all of them! You guys are really the best! My puppy buyers who trust us and believe in our program. We work very hard to make all this happen and we are thankful you appreciate that and our program. Purebred dogs are the result of preservationist breeding, a collaborative effort dedicated to producing the highest quality dogs. It requires years of unwavering dedication, hard work, and sacrifice. This endeavor comprises great people supporting great dogs, united by their love for preservationist breeding. The ultimate goal is to produce the next AKC Champion, AKC Performance Dog, top-notch family dogs, and working dogs from generations of proven, titled, and health-tested lines. I am just one small piece in this grand puzzle. It absolutely takes a village to make it all happen. Exciting News! We have confirmed via sonogram that Holly is having puppies at the end of June! This is a wonderful pairing of genetics! This will be Epic's first litter to sire. Epic is an International Champion, BOB and is AKC Major pointed. Holly is a lovely daughter of GCH CH Enchanted Oasis Absolute Power JH.

We had a good day at the LSDOC Trial in Bonham, Tx. Lone Star Dog Obedience Club All Dogs did well with respectable scores and in the ribbons today! Jazz (Lab) Q & 3rd with a 98+ in RI & Q in BN with a 196, Goody (Cattle Dog) Q & 4th in RI with a 98, Libby (Lab) Q & 3rd in RN with a 97, Angus (Lab) Q with a 95. Everyone Q'd in Rally on Friday as well!

Jazz finished he RN Title last week in Navasota, TX and handled the rally ring like a pro! We are excited to see this girl move up a rank next outing. Good job Jazzy! Meet Dazzle! Goldrush Razzle Dazzle At Lakylu, CD, BN, RN, CGC "Dazzle" is the cornerstone of our Labrador program. She coming into her 13th birthday soon. This young lady loves to swim and retrieve and has had a fantastic show career. She still puppy sits and enjoys playing with her grand-pups! She is enjoying the retired life here and has a special place in our hearts.

"Ups" Big Thunders What Can Brown Do For You took home his International Championship this past weekend with a Best of Breed and Group 2! We are excited about this young boys future. Ups has a strong pedigree of champions behind him. Sire by GCHB CH Acornoaks Jolly Joker and out of a Big Thunders Amazing Grace a daughter of the handsome GCHS CH Shalimar's the Animator. Meet Jazz! Lakylu Oasis Midnight Music is a lovely daughter of GCH CH Enchanted Oasis Absolute Power JH and out of our Polish import "Ebby" CH Jamiroquai Herbu Zadora. Jazz is from Ebby's last litter and will be 2 this year on Christmas Eve! Jazz will be starting her show career soon and is strong retriever with a love of the water. Her favorite thing is retrieving bumpers from the pond.
