Jordan Wells went and hand picked this puppy out of the litter for the clients, she showed the most promise for becoming an upland bird dog!

Watching this little love story has been such a joy for me! When my nephew said he wanted a poodle, we decided he would be the perfect home for Wool ‘n Wind’s first red girl, Lucy (Wool ‘n Wind You’ve Got Some Splainin’ to Do!). We ventured together on a partnership to co-own this ginger v***n. She would live with him, and I would guide her future potential for our breeding program. Early Saturday morning, this partnership turned into more than I could have imagined! My nephew has been the best whelping partner, ever! Lucy is an incredible mom to her 10 adorable babies! I’m not sure if Tanner‘s going back to work or spending the next eight weeks in the whelping box! Either way, I am an incredibly proud aunt, happy breeder and joyful dog person! My heart is full! ♥️💕♥️

We had more threats of school violence in CT this week. A middle school had 5th -8th graders in a Code Red, silent lock down for almost 3 hours while policeman came through their hallways and campus to find the perpetrator. 600 scared, anxious and ultimately traumatized kids. I’m glad we were called to offer support. Poodle magic can be so very healing. 💔🐩♥️
