Ellie is dog selective (good with proper intro), cats, and kids. She is a great dog. 2.5 years old, 55lbs Lab mix. She is our 4th big dog return within the last 3 weeks. Bandit is a year and a half year-old mixed breed. He came to the shelter as a stray with his baby mama and their three babies.. He is a great boy loves everybody. Good with dogs good with kids walks on a leash. Will give lots of kisses. He came with a bad skin condition which they are working on as you see in the picture his fur is growing back. His skin is a little red still.  He is 35 pounds he got neutered this week. 🚨 THIS IS NOT OKAY!! 🚨 Today, someone abandoned a crate full of cats on our doorstep while their accomplice distracted our staff & volunteers who were working in the open garage around the corner 😡 Two adult cats + four kittens that we HAVE NO SPACE FOR! We have been on intake freeze for about two weeks now because we are AT CAPACITY 😭 We have over 350 cats & kittens in our rescue between the Pet Adoption Center and our private foster homes! 🆘 Our Good Karma Pet Adoption Center is NOT an intake shelter. We accept animals there WHEN WE HAVE SPACE 😫 We understand people are trying to “do the right thing” but this is not the way to go about it. The cats were all soaked in urine and the kitten’s eyes have green crusty goop so they’re all sick 💔 We are shuffling our cats around to make room for this group in our isolation room but still… this is NOT OKAY! 😓 Please donate towards their medical care if you can. 🥰 PLOT TWIST & HAPPY ENDINGS 🥰 So the other day, we posted about a little brindle pup who was abandoned in a crate outside of our gates at Good Karma Pet Adoption Center overnight 🥺 (See original post here: https://www.facebook.com/100082157276158/posts/197499946331913/) The next day, someone reached out to our page saying she saw our post and that dog was her MISSING DOG that her malicious ex roommate stole and she’s been looking for her for a few days 💔 The owner said the pup’s name was Arimis and sent us several photos of the pup in her home. It was very clearly a match! Soooo we were able to reunite Arimis with her owner last night and will be providing free vaccines, spay, & microchip all thanks to your donations for this sweet little pup! 🥳 Sorry for the dark reunion video but we are SO happy Arimis ended up having a happily ever after ending! 💗 #FeelGoodFriday #PetReunion #MicrochipYourPets

She’s starting to get a little depressed in her kennel so we are hoping someone will apply to foster her so she can be in a home setting 😭 Matilda is a 10 year old, 100lbs Great Dane mix. She’s loving, well behaved, loyal, low maintenance and super chill 😌 She loves cuddling and going on car rides where she can stick her head out the window and feel the wind in her big flappy lips 🚙 She was nicknamed “Velcro Dog” in her previous foster home because she does her best to stay glued to your hip when you’re home 💜 Matilda does has a high prey drive so she needs a home with NO OTHER SMALL ANIMALS, but is OKAY with other large breed calm dogs.
