Pic is for attention!
Yesterday while out quail hunting on public land I had a couple of issues. First, as drove by some houses near some public lands I witnessed a dog rummaging through trash. At first thought I assumed he belonged there. Then as I drove by he chased and I realized it was a Draht and was really skinny. After my hunt, I went back a looked for the draht but didn’t find it. Hopefully it wasn’t dumped and is reunited with the owner.
At my hunting area and within 15 yards of the parking area I found an English Pointer with his head blown off. This totally disgusts me, dogs are Gods creatures and in my opinion are an example to us humans. Dogs want nothing more than to please their master like we’re to please our God. But person that shot their dog and left him, I absolutely have no use for a person like that. The last week of our season is upon us and some feel it’s necessary to dispose of their dog. Man up and find a home that will love and accept unconditional love from that dog. We’re better than that and whoever shot or dumped the dogs had better not let me catch them in the act. Sorry for the rant!
