Dear Pets for Life Program Clients,
We hope this letter finds you and your furry companions in good health and high spirits this holiday season. As part of our ongoing commitment to our Pets for Life (PFL) community, we want to share some upcoming changes to our PFL team and services.
First, we regret to inform you that our PFL program manager, Kendra Dodge, is leaving Better Together Animal Alliance. Kendra has been a very important part of our team and has helped the Pets for Life program succeed and grow. We want to say a big thank you to Kendra for her hard work, and we wish her the very best. We will reach out to all our PFL clients when we have a new program manager to introduce. While this is a bit of sad news, we are excited to share about new services and changes within the PFL program.
What is staying the same:
Free Spay/Neuter Services.
Free preventive services such as vaccines and annual wellness exams.
What's new:
Low-Cost Services:
We have hired a full time veterinarian to our team, and are adding new low-cost services such as dental care, lab work, medications, nail trims, and more. Beginning January 4, 2024, you will be able to see our available services and make an appointment by visiting our website.
Convenient Payment Options:
We are now offering payment plans for services. This new option is designed to provide flexibility and allow your pets to receive the care they need without causing financial strain for you.
Staying Connected During the Transition:
During this time of change, we want you to know that we are still here for you. We are available to address any questions, provide assistance, or offer support. Please feel free to reach out to us at (208) 216-7769 or [email protected].
Thank you for letting us help take care of your pets. We're excited to keep helping you and your beloved pets with these program improvements.
