Ladies and gentlemen of the jury. I am a home based groomer yes indeed. What alot of people failed to understand is. I don't sit at home waiting for the phone to ring. I have a schedule that books up in advance a week or 2 out that's how my clients get through the weekly list. It is imperative that all parties involved follow that schedule that YOU CALLED TO SCHEDULE that keeps the list and the day running smooth. I understand things pop up that sometimes prevent you from coming or making your set appointment time but please contact me and let me know if you're running late and or not coming at all. Rebooking fees are being implemented for those that fail to CANCEL after they no show. Please don't get upset if your bill is $20 more that usual. I didn't call you to book you called me.

It just dawned on me like right now... I'm grooming my cocker Sophie and I'm thinking 🤔 "your gonna be 19 in May Choma.. (Choma is her nickname) and then I thought 💭 holy s**t. I'm always saying #10 years in the game. Sophie has never been to a professional groomer (other than me) in her life. So.... I have been grooming for almost 19 years. 😳😳 Wow! Loving on my babies today.
