Our lighting concept at Expedition Point borrows from the Dark Sky concept. There are no overhead street lights, but rather individual bollard lights at each driveway for a soft illumination of the streets. EP’s Yard of the Year!!!

Expedition Point is a unique, 120-acre lake front neighborhood featuring home sites and a wide variety of amenities. Situated on more than one mile of shoreline along one of the largest lakes in Mississippi – and adjacent to the historic Natchez Trace Parkway in Madison County – Expedition Point is nearby and yet faraway all in the same place.

In addition to a variety of home sites and housing styles, Expedition Point features numerous outdoor activity options including small fishing village with a lodge to include fitness amenities and meeting facilities.
