7/19/24: Sherlock is still missing BUT a similar dog in Gales Addition has been targeted by people wanting the offered reward. Please leave that dog alone. He belongs in Gales Addition and is NOT Sherlock!
Pet Posse remains closed with hopes of reopening later this year. But we have become aware of a strange situation that we’d like to call to the attention of all our faithful supporters. This is not an official Pet Posse post, but we ask everyone to consider what happened to Sherlock. Someone must know something. (Do NOT call Pet Posse. Our phone is not in use at this time.)
LOST DOG: Sherlock is a 5 year old 160 lb. neutered male black Newfoundland, who is very attached to his owner. He wears a collar with his name and owner’s phone number, and is microchipped, and has a patch of white hair on his chest. He disappeared on 4/29/24 at 3:00 p.m. from Angeles Point Rd, Lower Elwha, Port Angeles. Although neighbors and friends immediately created a search party and thoroughly canvassed the area, there has been no sighting of him at all. A $3,000 reward has been posted, with no results. If you have any information, please call the owner at (360) 477-8209. Someone must know something! Please help.

We would like to give a big shout out to Peachy Cleaning Co. As most of our clients know we have our own personal zoo at home! This amazing woman came into our home to give us a complete deep cleaning! She uses products that are completely natural and safe to use around all pets and those with sensitive lungs! Our house was left looking and smelling like animals had never been inside! As we are a small business we wanted to show our support for another local small business! Please go and check out her page! We look forward to using her again and plan to eventually have her do quarterly cleanings in our shop as well!
The love and support our clients and community have shown us in this crazy time has warmed our hearts! We wouldn't be able to groom at all if it wasn't for the donations of our people! We so appreciate the kindness we have been shown! We are still fighting with the insurance company, so for the time being we are booking at a slower pace, as we are having to share gear. After a two day inventory of all of our supplies that were stolen, a lot of things were taken that definitely couldn't have been sold elsewhere. Such as dog bowls and p**p bags and our towels. We are still in the process of trying to clean up the destruction that was left behind. We had been asked by a few different people if we had an Amazon wishlist made up of things we needed, so we decided to go ahead and make one. We have so appreciated all the love and support we have been shown from our clients and our community. Below is a link to our Amazon list. We are not expecting anything, it will take a couple weeks for our insurance to reimburse us for some of what we lost in this burglary. Thank you everyone for all the love.
Unfortunately our shop was broken into sometime last night or early this morning. Most of our grooming gear was stolen as well as the business laptop, printer, and card reader. The shop was completely ransacked. If you happen to see any grooming supplies for sale please let me know!

Gorgeous Journey is such an amazing girl for grooming! Look at her standing perfect on the table for me even without the groomers helper around her neck 💞
She even helps me out for the bath process by stepping up and getting in the tub herself, couldn’t ask for a better behaved dog to work with.
