The VHS clicks into place, and the first scream echoes through the darkened living room. A bowl of neon-sweet cereal rests in your lap, the crunch drowning out the sound of footsteps creeping closer on screen. It’s comfort and chaos in the same breath, Sugary nostalgia wrapped in the thrill of the kill.

I’m Brianna Van Blair!
the hands, heart, and imagination behind The Sleepy Sprite Apothecary. What started as a love for folklore, witchy tales, and rich, nostalgic scents turned into a candle studio where every jar tells a story. I craft each candle with care, using pure soy wax and carefully chosen fragrance blends meant to transport you—whether that’s to an ancient forest, a forgotten temple, or the pages of a well-worn spellbook.

This isn’t just about candles for me, it’s about creating moments of stillness, magic, and connection through scent and story and flame.

🕯️ The Realms:

🔮 The Catacombs
Descend into a forgotten underworld where damp stone echoes your footsteps and leather-bound books whisper secrets. The air is thick with amber, ozone, and musk leather. A realm of shadowed memories and hidden power.

🌿 Witch of the Woods
A sacred grove cloaked in twilight, where ancient spells are carried on the breeze. The forest hums with lavender, sage, and cedarwood — an herbal haven for those who seek wisdom in wild places.

🍃 The Fairy Circle
Step barefoot into a glade of sun-dappled earth and gentle blossoms. Petals drift on the wind and laughter lingers among the mushrooms. The air is sweet with green grass, rich soil, and rose petals. A realm of whimsy and mischief.

🌲 The Leshy's Domain
Enter the deep, uncharted wild. Twisted trees loom and fireflies flicker like spirits. The woods pulse with cypress, moss, clove, and wood smoke — primal and untamed. This realm belongs to the forest guardian.
