We are now hiring for 20hrs a week all year (with hopeful promotion to full time manager)! Great pay and won’t end with the summer crowd!

Looking for people who are motivated to be part of a team! We built the store as a family from the ground up and care to help all of our customers, locals and visitors, get what they need. We will train and we expect that new employees will learn products well and how to guide customers appropriately. We are a peaceful and rapidly growing store!

Good morning! Phoebe here is happy that Beryl decided not to visit Port A, and we are praying for our Seadrift and northern neighbors!

We are working on getting boards down and inventory back up today, and we will be opening at 10am tomorrow (Tuesday) morning! If you need anything today though, please let us know!

Out of an abundance of caution in the preparation of Beryl, we will be closed Sunday 7/7 & tentatively all day Monday 7/8. We are open until 6 PM today for any last-minute pet supply needs or gifts to bring home. 🐾🦴

Depending on what Beryl decides to do, we may be available Monday to help you with what you need. Stay safe!

As Beryl’s path is looking more like it will head to Corpus, Island Pet Company, LLC is open today for any last minute needs. We are running low in stock but have a few crates left, some p*e pads and plenty of food. Come see us if you need anything before we run out! As we progress into this hurricane season, we will be sure to stock up on all the essentials so that if you need last-minute essentials, we will have them throughout the summer for you!

BIG NEWS EVERYONE!! We have finally secured the largest pet supply vendor in the US!! We can now get ALL of the brands in the pictures below (as well as other brands through some of our smaller vendors)!

If we have enough support, we can be a FULL "PetCo." on the island. The first ever!! AND AT THE PRICES YOU PAY ONLINE AND IN TOWN!

Most vendors require a minimum of about $1000 per store order (per order I make), so message below what you need me to carry (with the assurance that you will come in an buy it rather than drive into town or order online). We do deliver for free and can keep you product in stock once we get it in.

We are here for the long haul and are a locally owned store that supports our locals first and foremost!

Don’t think “boutique” or “island store” means 💰💰💰! We have 5lb bags of dog and cat food as low as $13 and 30lbs as low as $47!

We are a full pet store and growing every month!

We can get a lot of food brands in and are working on getting new ones as well (Science Diet and Royal Canin are in the works so stay tuned!), but we wanted to share our favorite best-for-your-buck brand, Fromm! Over 100 years old and still family run, you can’t beat the price for this quality of food.

If you use any of these brands, let us know! We are about to put in an order for Primal, FreshPet, and Diamond products. We can get it in for you, deliver it to your door (for free if you’d like), and charge what you’ve been paying Jeff Bezos or large chains!!
