Other vaccines like Bordetella and Lyme are recommended only if your dog is exposed. They are called life-style vaccines.

Does your dog get groomed, go to daycare, get boarded, or go to dog parks? If yes to any of these then we would recommend the Bordetella vaccine.

Does your dog spend a lot of time outside or in a wooded area? Have they tested positive for Lyme Disease previously? If yes to this questions we would recommend the Lyme vaccine.

FVRCP is a core multi-way vaccine for cats. It is recommended even if your cat doesn't go outside. It protects against highly contagious viruses.

FVR is Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis.
C is Feline Calicivirus.
P is Feline Panaleukopenia.

DHLPP, DAPP 3, DHPP, and DA2PP are all a multiple-core vaccine for dogs combined into 1 to protect against certain viruses. Our best/only defense against these viruses is vaccination as there is no cure for these viruses.

D is Canine Distemper.
H or A or A2 is Adenovirus/Hepatitis.
1 P is Parainfluenza and the other is Parvovirus.
L is for leptospirosis
