We will be closed the following days in observance of Thanksgiving:

November 27th-CLOSED
November 28th-CLOSED
November 29th-CLOSED

We will reopen on December 2nd at 8am. Please keep these dates in mind when requesting medication refills. We ask that refills be placed by November 25th in order to ensure all medications can be filled in a timely manor.

We hope everybody was safe during Hurricane Milton. Due to the storm, we have lost internet and will not be able to operate on 10/11/2024. We will be checking the status throughout the weekend and plan to reopen on 10/14/2024 unless otherwise noted.

We will now be closed starting Tuesday, October 8th. We also did receive notice that the VEC in port charlotte will be closed until Wednesday as well. Please refer to Blue pearl in Sarasota or Fort Myers for any emergencies.

Due to Hurricane Milton, we will closed starting Tuesday, October 8th at 11am. We will continue to be closed Wednesday, October 9th and Thursday, October 10th. On the evening of the 10th, we will evaluate the current situation and will post an update on our closure status for Friday, October 11th. UPDATE: Leo was found!

Port Charlotte Area:

Please keep your eye out for Leo. He got out of the house on 2/9/24 and has not returned. Last seen on Sistina Street between Conway and Olean. Leo is microchipped. He is not currently at the Animal Welfare League. He responds to "Big Kitty" and has on a green collar with no tag.
Please feel free to contact us with any information regarding Leo. He is a beloved staff pet.

Just a reminder that we will be closed starting December 29th until January 2nd. We will be back in office on January 3rd. Please keep this in mind when refilling medications and prescription food. We will NOT have someone in office to issue any medications during this time.
