***REMINDER*** This is our busy season.. we are booked a month and a half out and have an extremely long waiting list for dogs trying to get in sooner. We are a small business trying to do the very best we can. When we have no call/no shows or cancellations the same day it really puts us in a terrible bind, and calling and asking to reschedule the next day is not possible. Also remember that a good groom is not quick, and a quick groom is not good. Dropping your dog, or two off to us and asking if we can get them done in and hour or so, is just unrealistic. So is showing up 15-30 mins late to your appt and still expecting us to be done on time. We usually tell customers that if you are more than 10 mins late you will have to reschedule, as we have dogs scheduled back to back. But knowing we are sooo booked up, we usually try to still squeeze them in.

Megan and I love what we do, that’s why we do it, and we appreciate each and everyone of you, but please be respectful of our time. Especially when it comes to Megan.. I work another job and she’s usually the one taking the brunt of all of this.. I just ask that you be a little more mindful. And to those that show up on time and give us plenty of notice if you do need to cancel/reschedule, we notice and we appreciate it 🥰
