The Cat House A cat/kitten contact facility that assists in finding a purrfect cat or kitten for you to adopt. We network with all shelters and local rescues.

All kitties are "fixed' vaccinated, tested, flea/worm treated, and FIV/FeLV neg. We will help you to find the cat/kitten you are looking to adopt as an indoor pet by networking with local shelters/rescues!

What a nice Christmas.. Cindy(our Mon volunteer) and Cliff brought homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, brownies, and coconut cookies to us (2 legged people) today. They even heated it up, and it was ready to eat! THANK YOU so much! Everything was delicious!
Rapunzel is doing great in her new home with Vicky. She is already feeling at home and very spoiled and loved by Vicky! Thank you for adopting her, Vicky!!

Our Monday volunteer still came today despite her car not starting. She had her husband bring her...that is dedication..THANK YOU, Cindy!
Rapunzel, the female kitty who has been with us for over 2 years, went home with Vicky, our Weds volunteer. We are so happy for Rapunzel. She has already come out of hiding at Vicky's house! We will miss Rapunzel, but Vicky will love her and spoil her, what every kitty dreams of!

Thank you to Mary O for bringing the kitties a box of litter, a canister of Temptation treats, and a big jug of Fabuloso. Mary will clean one more time before heading south for the winter. We will all miss Mary while she is gone!

Rapunzel is scheduled to go home with Vicky on Monday...paws crossed that Arthur and BoBo will welcome Rapunzel and Vicky can keep her. She waits in the front window every day!

The past few days have been busy.. We stopped by Amy's house to provide worm meds and wound care meds. We also stopped by JJ's to apply the flea meds to her gorgeous black kitties. Shari, one of our dedicated volunteers, needed ear cleaning solution, so we dropped it off to her as she is recovering from back surgery. There is never a dull moment!

It was good to see Regina today. She is a fellow cat resucer. We shared stories about kitties and visited with the kitties that reside at The cat house. She got the 4 purr pads and the 10 fishy toys and sent videos and photos of her kitties enjoying these items. THANK YOU for visiting us today, Regina, and thank you for all you do rescuing and caring for so many kitties!

What a nice surprise and Holiday treat...Mary O and Ann N (volunteers) came by and not only loved on the kitties and cleaned, they also left a box of litter and 4 total canisters of Temptation treats! THANK YOU so much. Now, the only things we are low on are Tidy cat clumping litter, party mix beachside crunch treats fabuloso lavender cleaner or the generic, and paper towels. All kitties are inside in the heated 3 rooms and did not want to go out into the outdoor cattery due to the viscious cold! Come to visit our kitties...they wait in the window, always looking for visitors! They crave attention and will be waiting for your visit!

Our Story

A cat/kitten adoption assistance for anyone looking for a furever INDOOR cat/kitten. We network with rescues, shelters, and the public. We also help with over the counter flea and worm meds if you need them for a kitty you rescued. We will provide a list of low cost spay/neuter programs in this area. Please consider rescuing a kitty off the streets or adopting from a shelter or rescue group. So many are dreaming of their furever home and will shower you with so much love and gratitude. We have some furever residents at our facility to greet you if you bring a cat or kitten for the above mentioned services. If you save one cat or kitten from homelessness, you have made a big difference for that cat or kitten. Together, we all can make this a better world by showing compassion to animals and giving a home to one trying to survive out on the streets. Maybe, someday we will see a reduction in the need of shelters and rescues and the end to the killing of innocent animals due to lack of space in shelters and not enough homes...spread the word far and wide. Don’t breed or buy while homeless pets die!!!
