Rolling Hills Ranch is located in Port Deposit, MD. Here, you can learn to have fun with horses and ponies and experience a fellowship with others who have the same interests in a safe, friendly environment. We offer riding lessons year round, taught by a Level 3 Centered Riding and Parelli Natural Horsemanship certified instructor. Our facilities include: both an all-weather indoor and outdoor ri

ding arena, dressage ring, and a heated pine tack room. We won't let the weather keep us out of the saddle! Full-care and field board
Twice daily feeding/watering and turnout. All of our horses are fed high quality grain, hay and nutritional supplements. Activities available include:
Trail Rides with direct access to over 70 acres of trails
No trailer required! Mount up and enjoy a day on our beautiful network of cleared trails. Horse Shows/ Eventing
Rolling Hills Ranch hosts shows throughout the year in addition to participating in many local shows in the area. Birthday Parties
Could there be a better place for the horse lover to celebrate their birthday--we don't think so! Summer Camp Program, with Riding Lessons, Basic Horsemanship Skills,
Nature Hikes and Creek visits, Bible Adventure, and Crafts. Also provides
introduction to volunteer opportunities. We also offer a week of advanced camp where riders must be able to walk, trot, and canter, with an emphasis on dressage, cross county & jumping.

Please remember these are only an estimate!

For rails on the ground and x-rails there is NO Jump Off. The 3rd class will be just a timed round.

Unless you've been told otherwise, trailers will be parking in the field. Come down Rock Run Road and turn right into the lane marked "Bed & Breakfast". From there you will turn left through a gate and will park your trailers in that field.

Another great CT and Dressage Show at Rolling Hills Ranch. We had 53 Dressage rides. Thank you to all of our students as well as Tara Ziegler, Ellie Horah and Katie from Rosewood Stables in New Jersey who brought clients to our show as well as Ellie and Katie competed on their own horses.

Despite the rain and mud everyone had a great day at the CT at Rolling Hills Ranch. I want to extend a super special thank you to everyone there for being so accommodating and allowing us to tack up in the indoor to get out of the rain and for pulling all of our vehicles out of the mud! 🤣

Alycia and Mesa finished 5th in the Beginner Novice Division.

Rachel and Red had their best show jump yet and finished 3rd in the Starter division.

Cheyanne and Mesa finished 2nd in the Intro division with an awesome show jump round.

Kate and Beanboozled placed first in the intro division.

Arianna and Rusty placed 2nd in the elementary.

Kristin and RWS Sure Shot placed 2nd and put in a clean jump round in crossrails.

Ashley and Fire (his first time off property at a show!) did fantastic and placed 3rd in crossrails.

Attached are the ride times for the show on Saturday.
Unless you've been told otherwise you will be parking in the field. We have a good number of trailers coming, so please be sure to utilize the whole field.
Come down Rock Run Road and turn right into the lane marked "Bed & Breakfast". From there you will turn left through a gate and will park your trailers in that field.

Warm-up for Dressage will be in the indoor arena next to the field. You may use the outdoor arena if no one is jumping.
Warm-up for Jumping will be in the grass field next to the outdoor arena. (depending on if it is free, you can warm up in the jump arena with 3-4 jumps)
CT Riders: your jump times are right after dressage, when you are ready.
