Your dog gets individual grooming, attention and no kennels. Door-to-door service, self-sufficient mobile wash and grooming for your dog. No need to transport your pet in your vehicle causing car sickness, scratched seats, or unnecessary stress on your pet; this is a no stress atmosphere. Your dog receives individual attention for the entire visit. I provide my own water, propane to have heated wa

ter, air conditioning, lights, power and gasoline to run a generator to provide all the necessities and convenience onboard my unit. I come to you so that the stress is lessened on your dog. Bringing your dog in the vehicle to the groomer to sit in a loud atmosphere and in a kennel waiting to be groomed and then having to travel back home in a vehicle truly causes a lot of stress on most dogs. There is a lot entailed in what I do to keep your dog as stress free as possible and actually have them smiling by the time I return them to your door. I do spend a minimum of an hour and up to two hours per dog. This time is to minimize the stress on your dog. I want to thank you for taking the time to look at my information.

Hello Friends,

I'm reaching out to ask for your help. Recently, my business, Dirty Pawz Parlor located on Bowlin Ave, was broken into sometime this weekend (June 6 - 8, 2025) and it seems that cash only was stolen. This has been a very upsetting, and I’m doing everything I can to recover what was lost and prevent it from happening again.

If you noticed anything suspicious at the shop Friday evening, Saturday anytime or Sunday morning — unusual vehicles, people, or noises — or if you have any security camera footage that might show something useful, I’d really appreciate if you could let me know.

I’ve already filed a police report and am working with local authorities, but any additional information or support from the community would mean a lot right now.

☀️🐾 Hot Weather is Here—Let’s Keep Our Pets Safe! 🐾☀️
As Southeast Texas heats up, it’s time to talk about heat safety for your pets. Dogs can overheat quickly in our hot, humid climate—and they don’t sweat like we do.

Here’s what you need to know to keep them safe and cool:

🔍 Watch for Signs of Heatstroke in Dogs:
• Excessive panting or drooling
• Bright red gums or tongue
• Vomiting or diarrhea
• Weakness, confusion, or collapse
• Rapid heart rate
• Seizures (in extreme cases)

If you notice any of these signs, get your dog to a cooler area immediately and call your vet. Offer small sips of water and apply cool (not cold!) water to their paws, belly, and ears.

🌡️ Tips to Prevent Heat Illness:
• Avoid walks during peak heat hours (10 AM – 6 PM)
• Keep fresh water available at all times
• Provide shade when outside
• Never leave your dog in a parked car—not even for a minute!
• Be cautious with brachycephalic (flat-faced) breeds, seniors, and overweight dogs—they overheat faster

🐶 Bonus tip: If it’s too hot for your bare feet on the pavement, it’s too hot for their paws!
