Tanner is about 3 years old, up to date on all shots, microchipped, neutered and FIV/FELV negative. He’s super sweet, loves to give hugs and kisses, and loves to be snuggled and pet. He gets along well with other cats, and makes biscuits nonstop.

Tanner was rescued back in May with a broken leg. The surgeon was able to put a plate in Tanner’s leg to save the leg! After FOUR months of cage rest, Tanner is ready to find a family to love him and keep him safe for the rest of his life.

Meet Georgette!

She is a short haired spayed tuxedo cat. She is 3-4 years old. She is a bit timid but with patience she warms up quickly. She has big beautiful green eyes. She gets along with other cats. She’s deserving of a loving home..

On Sept. 23rd- these cats owner Jerilyn passed away- leaving behind numerous cats that now need homes.

We have MANY more cats than this photo shows but we need to start somewhere .

These kitties need a foster home!

FOSTER NEEDED (Volusia county please or someone willing to transport if needed to pick up supplies or meds).

⚠️(we actually have another litter most likely coming tomorrow so need two fosters now - the 2nd litter may need to be bottle fed too.

Do you have a bathroom you can spare to these 5 kittens? They are eating pate wet food.
Yes we prefer a bathroom (less hiding spots and can keep room clean easier ).

Would only be for 3-5 weeks (give or take).

Mom will be fixed too thanks to Bonnie Sowder (who also helped snagged these babies). BONNIE YOU ROCK!

The person feeding them didn’t want them fixed or to find good homes and wanted them to live outdoors (with a risk of vehicles, coyotes, owls and hawks).

Once animal control was involved they let them know they needed to be fixed and find good homes ! VICTORY!

Some people simply do not understand that TNR works (trap neuter return), and that these kittens deserve better than living life out on the streets.

K-9 KANE RETIREMENT CEREMONY SEPT. 30TH @ 5:00 PM. The hearts of our OBPD family are very heavy, and it is with great sadness to report that K-9 Kane will soon lose his battle with terminal cancer. His condition has developed and deteriorated more quickly than anticipated, and we have planned an impromptu retirement ceremony to celebrate Kane's life and career with OBPD and his devoted handler, K-9 Officer Justin Hyatt. We apologize for the short notice, but all are welcome to join us here at the PD at the above date and time. Please keep Officer Hyatt and his family in your thoughts and prayers. As always, thank you for your continued support.
