I apologize for the quietness on the page ❤️

After a traumatic family emergency on NYE and subsequently having to cancel the first full week of January due to that injury, this was my first week back to work.

After working the last 7 days in a row to catch up on those who I had to reschedule, I’m very sore and will be closed the next 2 days.

I’ll be back and running on Monday.

We have implemented a new check-in and pick up process!

Instead of our old light on the front window, we are now using a GREEN light and RED light to let you know when it is safe to come in or to please wait outside.

Green means come in and
Red means please wait.

The light is located on our front porch And should be easily visible from your car. If not, you can walk up the pathway to see if the light is red or green, but please do not knock or open the door if it is red.

🚨 BREAKING: ANIMAL RESCUE IN PROGRESS 🚨

An estimated 35 dogs and 20 cats are on their way to our shelter as the result of an ongoing animal cruelty investigation.

The arrival of these pets pushes us to a critical capacity level, with our team already caring for 126 dogs in the shelter. These additional dogs mean we must resort to temporary kennels and this level of capacity creates additional stress for the animals, staff, and volunteers.

We'll share more details on this case as they become available, but we urgently need your support in the coming days. Here’s how you can help:
