📣 Policy Update – Appointment Cancellations 📣

As of the new year, I’ve implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy to help keep my schedule running smoothly.

• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $5 cancellation fee per animal.

While I completely understand that unexpected things come up, last-minute cancellations do affect my routing, scheduling, and the ability to fill that appointment slot.

Hey everyone. On Friday I dropped my phone and it broke. Unfortunately, I had to wait until today for my new phone to arrive. I have most of my contacts and messages, but some have been lost.
