As we wrap up 2023, I want to take the time to thank all of my clients and customers for sticking with me through another crazy year! You all have shown so much love and patience towards me the last 6 years and I am so grateful to have a community like you ♥️

However, now that I was able to speak with each client and the cat is out of the bag, I am announcing that I will be taking a hiatus from grooming during the 2024 year. This was not an easy decision to make but one that is best for our family at this time as we continue to grow and our priorities shift.

Have no fear though, The Dog Shack LLC isn’t going anywhere! I will be focusing more on the bakery part of my business and making treats for all of my doggo friends. I look forward to sharing all I have up my sleeve in 2024 and getting out to events to meet more of you in person!

Like I always say, I wouldn’t be here doing what I love if it weren’t for all of you supporting me. So from the very bottom of my heart, I THANK YOU! 🫶🏻

So here is to year 7 of The Dog Shack LLC and all of the new adventures it brings! Stay safe out there tonight friends 🥂

It is with a very heavy heart that I have to make this post but The Dog Shack LLC will be closed this week while we navigate the loss of our eldest dog Luke.

I do want to thank everyone who has checked in on us thus far, and sent kind words and well wishes our way. I’m really at a loss for words right now so if I do not respond in a timely manner, or at all, please don’t take it personally- thank you for your understanding 🐾

Gooooood morning friends ☀️

There are going to be a lot of changes going on for our family in the next few months that will ultimately effect TDS, so it’s only right to keep you all in the loop! Most of this will come as no surprise to my regular clients but I do always vow to be transparent with everyone so here I am 👋🏼

For starters, at the beginning of August I accept a position at a second job. For the first month or so of this position I will be going into the office for training Tuesday through Thursday. If you currently have an appointment during those days you have been notified with alternative appointment options for rescheduling. Once I am finished with training this position will be remote and I plan to work around my grooming schedule for the remainder of 2023.

However, it is no secret that my family has outgrown our home. While nothing is set in stone yet, we are discussing listing our home beginning of October. If we were to find a new home before winter this will force me to close TDS temporarily while a new salon is built.

With all of this going on I will no longer be accepting anymore grooming appointments. I will remain dedicated to my faithful clients who have commit to a regular grooming schedule but I will no longer be able to fit any more dogs into my current schedule.

‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION‼️

Due to the overall inflation and the need to keep up with the cost of goods, utilities, insurance, etc. I will be making some price adjustments to put me in line with the current market prices effective beginning of July. This was a difficult decision to make, but it was one that I had to make in order to stay in business. I hope you can understand and know that I appreciate your business, and I will continue to take excellent care of your pups!
