If you'd like a size that isn't listed here, just message us and we'll give you a quote. There is a 15% charge for each additional subject (animal or human) included in a portrait. Also, if you order multiple paintings at the same time, you will be charged full price for one and receive 10% off of each additional painting of equal or lesser value. After we have discussed the details of your painting and you have approved the layout, a 50% deposit will be due at that time. This deposit is non-refundable once we have started working on your painting. We prefer to use PayPal for payments, which will allow you to pay using your bank account or a credit card. We will also accept checks. If paying with a check, full payment (including shipping) will be due and the check must clear before we begin working on your painting. Most paintings can be completed in 2-4 weeks, depending on size. If we have a few other orders or if your painting is a larger size, it will take a bit longer. All paintings are done on a first come first serve basis, but we do accept rush orders at no additional cost. If you are ordering a painting as a gift or need it by a particular date, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Once your painting is finished we will send you a photo of it for approval. After you confirm that you are happy with your painting, the remaining 50% portion of your payment will be due at that time, plus shipping. We will ship your painting as soon as payment is received. You will be provided a tracking number once your painting ships.
