We have great news. Hannah Hope does NOT have Addisons disease. She does have really low vitamin B. So she will get an injection 1 time a week for 6 weeks. She has been pooping PLASTIC bag since Saturday. So we are glad it is moving out of her. (Pictures too gross to share) Sadly it is a hard pill to swallow knowing that this was caused by 100% Neglect of a poor innocent animal. But don't worry Hannah you will never have to starve again. Look at this little girl just snuggling with the pack.look at Ethan's EARS LOL.

• Bloom is right behind him at 576 grams.

If you ever wonder why we all do this, Here is a little bit of Awe for your heart. Notice Ethan is laying next to her like a pro. It's so hard to believe that it was just 7 months ago that he looked just like Hannah. Actually Worse. The little girl is getting tested for Addison Diease tomorrow. And possibly a barium XRAY. She pooping bits of plastic.

The call went out for help - a family with a mama and her puppies needed help. Mama was becoming aggressive with her babies. She already injured one so badly, it passed away. The four that were left needed to be removed from mama for their safe...

Yesterday we were made aware of four- 3 day old German Shepherd puppies that had already been removed from their mother due to her unfortunately killing a number of their siblings. This can happen at times when first time mothers are stressed or confused.

With the help of Common Ground CRN and their transport team, the puppies were quickly brought into rescue and moved to us. Upon arrival it was noted that one puppy, Blossom 💜, was very poorly. After many failed attempts to get her to eat, she was taken to the emergency vet. Her sugars were 26, when 60 is death level. At that time the vet stated they weren’t even sure how she was still alive and there wasn’t much to be done to bring her back. Miss Sherri held sweet blossom until she crossed the bridge not long after.

Thankfully, the remaining three puppies are doing great. Please welcome Bud, Sprout, & Bloom to GOTGM.

We will not be accepting applications for them at this time but keep an eye out in a month or so. ***They will not be able to go home until they are at least 10 weeks of age***

Her Foster Mom, The Food Goddess gave her a bath today. She is pretty stinky. Coyne gave her one too. The stink is just coming out of her pores. Today she gets to wear her Piggy Pj's. ETHAN grew out of them so now she gets to wear them. This is just the cutest thing.

Luna's birthday videos

Hannah has been picked up and is settling in at her foster home. The welcoming committee is showing her around. Introductions are started one by one. And is always starting with Grandma Daja. She then let's the others in while she keeps a watchful eye on the new baby. We love when the pack is this solid. Ethan is new to this, He was the last baby that was welcomed in. We look forward to seeing her gain weight and getting healthy. And finding her the best family.

Luna's birthday swim!

We are coming up onto a year of Luna being with us. Using a very highly scientific method, we have determined Luna's birthday is sometime in April and decided to throw an impromptu party for our girl!

She started off the day swimming with her two siblings and two cousins. Luna is becoming more confident with swimming on her own and is doing better about returning to the ramp and not trying to get out at the sides.

Once Luna got dried off and had a chance to sunbathe, we headed over to her party. She was very excited to greet everybody and loved all the attention she got while all dressed up. Thank you, Erika and Denise from Five Paw K-9 Bakery for joining us and teaching our girl how to drink out of a water bottle. ❤️ Naturally Jack's made her a beautiful cake that she dove right into! 🎂 Thank you Sherri for making the most amazing desserts for the human guests! 😋

Luna was a very enthusiastic gift opener at the start but started fading as the food coma started catching up. Thank you Max and Neo for the blanket and the collars and leashes that keep Luna safe. After already having a couple treats and quite a bit of cake, she also sampled quite a few treats from her gifts and started fading quickly as the party started winding down.

Thank you to everyone who came! We kept this party small since we didn't want to overwhelm our girl. It was amazing to see all of the love given towards Luna, and she will thoroughly enjoy the birthday gifts you brought.
