All fish are backed with a guaranteed alive arrival. I do make it clear the package can not sit after being delivered for longer then 2 hours and I am not notified within that time range. It will be your responsibility to make sure your there to receive your fishy buddys!! I want to make sure they get the top care provided from me to you! I will provide refund or replacement for DOA fish but need pictures of fish in the bag still and it be within the 2 hours you received them as stated above. Thanks and tank on!!
