Please give Molly a Britton Family Farm a welcome!

I’d like to introduce everyone to our new horse, Molly! She is PRECIOUS and the most gentle horse I have.

Molly is going to make a huge difference to so many as she will soon be part of my therapy team working direct with clients. I knew she was the one when she walked right to me and put her face in my arms and remained perfectly still for 30 seconds.

Side note: She’s bonded big time with Dixie (who is the boss ironically). Molly is our largest horse and at the bottom of the hierarchy. 😆

Hey everyone! Amy here! 👋

I know it’s been a little since I’ve updated you all. We have arrived and are settled at the new farm in NM! The horses LOVE their 7 acres!

🐴 I have found a wonderful lesson instructor and she will kick off lessons sometime in August once she’s got her fall schedule work and school ready. She just did a lesson with our son and I’m very pleased for her to work with your children soon! 🙏 She is a graduate student in mental health health counseling and a rodeo gal!

🐴 We are planning to host an open house in August so be on the lookout for a date to come out and meet Minnie and the gang!

Portales, NM! Exciting news! My business is moving there this summer! $30 for 1/2 hour!

🐴 We will be offering weekly pony lessons to kiddos starting at 2 years old! (Weight limit of 50lb applies)

Therapeutic riding is also available! We see kids with:
Speech delays
Developmental delays
Autism
ADHD

Therapeutic benefits of horseback riding include: Self-regulation, building trust, core muscle building, increased confidence, and so much more!

Business update!

🏠 As many of you know, it’s time for our active duty Air Force family to move to the next base. We will be heading to Cannon AFB in NM next month.

🐴 Working in South GA has been an absolute blessing! We have fallen in love with the people, the beautiful scenery, and the lovely weather! I am grateful for our time here and we plan to retire not too far from here in about 8 years!

I’m grateful to my south GA BFFs (the families who supported my small business.) Thank you for sharing and entrusting me with your precious children. 🙏

Now what does the future hold for Britton Family Farm?!

I am now a licensure mental health counselor in the state of NM and an EAGALA certified mental health therapist. Praise the Lord! He is good! Years of long days, late nights, and hard work.

I’m excited to announce that I will be doing contract work creating and establishing an equine-assisted psychotherapy program in Portales, NM! I pray that I will be able to continue to serve in this way in our new community. Oh and YES the animals always come with us! We are renting a 7 acre farm in NM! Thank you all and God bless! 🙏
