I've been holding out on an exciting announcement!

Beans had a litter of kittens on October 8th. It took me a bit of time to come up with names for them, but we are ready to introduce our Kittens of the Forest litter! This time, we have 1 female and 3 males.
In order:

Holly - Black and Red Tortoiseshell with White, Female
Ash - Black Mackerel Tabby with White, Male
Douglas - Red Classic Tabby with White, Male
Oakley - Red Classic Tabby with White, Male

Reservations will open on December 3rd.
Kittens will be old enough to go home when they have finished all of their vaccinations (around 14 - 16 weeks) in mid to late January.

Two exciting things happened for Cider yesterday!

I received an email from TICA congratulating Cider for being named the 3rd best Norwegian Forest Kitten in the Northwest Region. Not bad for having only attended 8 rings this past year!

Cider also got to meet his new family yesterday! Once he's settled in, he will meet his new brothers and sisters as well. He is officially off to live the rest of his life out in luxury. His new owners are so smitten by him. I can't wait to see him all settled in with his new family, playing with his new best friend and brother, Milo!

MossPaws Nutmeg

Nutmeg is a very sweet and vocal kitty. Her personality is very similar to her mom, Beans. She is extremely social and cuddly. She loves to be close to her people. She is a medium-high energy kitten, and will need plenty of stimulation. Ideally, Nutmeg would prefer a home with another cat close to her age. She will require a multi cat home, so that she will not be lonely. Nutmeg will be spayed prior to go home. She is up to date on all core vaccines.

MossPaws Clove

Clove is a princess and she knows it. She is affectionate and cuddly, but on her own terms. She is silly and quirky. She loves being talked to, and will wiggle her tail and "toe dance". She can be shy with strangers and will likely bond closely with one person. Her sister Nutmeg is her best friend. Ideally, she would be happiest going home with her sister Nutmeg, but should also be fine as an only cat. Clove will be spayed prior to go home. She is up to date on all core vaccines.

MossPaws Cider

Cider is a big d***y teddy bear. He is already almost as big as his dad, and still growing like a w**d! Cider attended a TICA cat show in January, and placed in the top 10 kittens with 5/8 judges!

When he's not playing, he's looking for a friend to cuddle up with. He enjoys kisses and being held. Ideally, he would love to have an older brother in his new home, but may be fine as an only cat, if given plenty of attention. He is good with kids. Cider will be neutered prior to going home. Cider is up to date on all core vaccines.

Tuesday, 1/23, marked the one year anniversary of the birth of our first litter of kittens! (Bean's Lunar New Year)

We attended our first cat show on Saturday! Tobias and Cider were troopers, we were there for almost 12 hours.

Cider did very well at the show, and was purring almost nonstop. He enjoyed the attention from the judges, as you can tell in some of the videos. He placed in 4 of the rings (10th best, 6th best, and 5th best), and received plenty of praise on his wedge shaped head, eye shape, and straight profile. We unfortunately missed the all breed kitten finals in one of the rings, but was told he placed somewhere in the top 10 there as well. We will know the exact placement when the show results are published.
