We love Doggie Dash! Our staff took yesterday off to participate in the Oregon Humane Society Doggie Dash and we all had so much fun! We are so thankful to our staff and clients for helping us raise $4,500 for such a wonderful cause, and we can't wait to participate again!

Coats and Tails, Dog Grooming Salon

We are looking for an experienced receptionist who prides themselves on excellent customer service to work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge about dogs is a plus but would be willing to train the right person.

Days:- 2 to 3 days a week.

Hours:- 9:30 am till close, can vary based on last appointment of the day

Duties:

- Booking appointments

- Answering phones & selling our service

- Taking payments such as credit, debit, and cash

- Receiving & returning pets

- Managing Social Media

- Taking inventory

- Vacuuming

- Maintaining a clean salon including cleaning up occasional urine, vomit and f***l matter

- Lifting small-medium sized dogs into kennels or tubs

- Closing the salon securely

Currently mask are required at all times in the salon, we are also working with the public in a limited faction. Please inquire about all precautions.

Thank you for all your support during this crisis. We are open, but we have decided to make the safety of our staff the first priority. We are here at Coats & Tails and open for business!



We encourage everyone to do what is best for your family, especially, those of you that are in high risk categories for COVID-19. Please know that we understand and respect whatever choice you make concerning your pet’s upcoming grooming appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment and do not have an appointment in the future please give us the opportunity to rebook your appointment so that your pet may stay as close to his or her regular schedule as possible. Also know that we will do our best to maintain their current styles but brushing at home will always help!



For those of you that choose to keep your appointment we are happy to offer curbside service. Please give us a call ahead of time so we can watch for you and your pet. We can take payment over the phone when you pick up. We are also perfectly happy to see you inside the salon.



We greatly appreciate each and everyone of you and look forward to seeing both you and your pets soon!
