It still remains an active farm, community supporter and legendary landmark in Parkrose. Rossi Farms is now open for fresh local fruit and vegetable sales at it's farm stand on NE 122nd. Hours of operation are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm. Fourth-generation farmer, Joe Rossi is the current proprietor. He is the president of The Parkrose Community Foundation, a 501C-3 Corporation a

lso located at Rossi Farms. The Farm's history dates back to Alfonso Debenetti in 1880. Alfonso had two daughters and they married his two best farm workers, Rossi and Guisto. From there, Aldo Rossi was born. Aldo worked on the Farm since a young child and continued the family business and tradition farming on 122nd Avenue. Aldo married Irene and they had three children, Joe, Nick and Angela. Rossi Farms is the host venue to several community events through the Parkrose Community Foundation. The annual Barn Bash continues to be its largest fundraiser event for the Parkrose Community. Also it is host to the all family event Movie Night in the fall.

Our crew this year represents 5 countries: Russia, the country of Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Joseph (who is speaking in his native language) from the Democratic Republic of Congo. Thanks all of you who joined us helping get him seeds and equipment to the farm he is starting in his home village.

David Tabayoyon prepping his field to plant today at Rossi Farms. “Dave's grandfather was born in the Philippines, came to the US in 1914 (age 16) and farmed vegetables in Wapato, WA for many years. Farming skipped a generation and kinda took a turn... to flowers (not a "real" crop), but I think Grandpa would get a kick out of it” says David’s wife and farm partner Anita of A.R. Moss.
