It’s about the time of year we will all start seeing the beautiful lilies in stores. If you have cats in your home, it is very important to skip the lilies all together. All parts of lilies, including the water the flowers have been sitting in, can be fatally toxic to our feline friends, with affects to the kidneys beginning as early as 12-96 hours after ingestion. If you suspect your cat may have ingested any part of a lily, it is essential to seek care immediately.

Have you ever met a Lykoi before? A Lykoi is a partially hairless cat with a unique “werewolf” appearance resulting from natural mutations in the genes. This is Clawdeen, a lovely Lykoi with a wonderful personality! As you can imagine, the whole clinic was excited to meet this special girl!
