Mt Tabor Veterinary Care is a clinic with a unique culture located in a beautiful space and neighborhood. Qualified applicants will bring positive communication skills, stellar phone etiquette, and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service both on the phone and in person
• Facilitate check-in and check-out process, collecting payments and processing insurance forms
• Utilize practice management software to update patient accounts, schedule appointments, and document client correspondence
• Support teammates, demonstrating personal accountability and adaptability to changing circumstances
• Effectively multitask and prioritize various duties
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide outstanding care and a smooth work flow
• Maintain a calm and respectful demeanor during stressful situations

Our lovely Pet of the Month is Jasmina! She was coming to see us for the very first time when her carrier door popped open and this spooked princess bolted down the Belmont sidewalk. Her mom was so heartbroken but never gave up hope that her girl would come home. With the incredible dedication of the MTVC team and loving neighbors on Belmont, Jasmina was found and returned home after 12 long days! We strongly encourage our clients to dispose of all raw meat diets and treats, and discontinue feeding any raw meat or raw milk as the recent Avian Flu outbreak is known to spread through raw poultry products and unpasteurized dairy products. Please help us in finding Jasmina. Her mom, Pam was bringing her into Mt Tabor Vet today to establish care and when getting her out of the car her carrier door popped open, allowing Jasmina to escape. She is a 12 year old and very shy kitty. If you see her at all, please call Pam at 971-801-2880

It’s still tectonically Wednesday (thanks instagram servers). Please celebrate this gorgeous girl! Smedley is our Pet of the Month for December and boy howdy, does she deserve it! Welcome to the holidays, when we can all relate to our sweet Smoodles. The bully babe has the sweetest taste for “forbidden snacks” and has had multiple surgeries to remove foreign bodies from her belly while the rest of us are packing it on! We’ve partnered with her paw-rent to make a great plan to keep the queen of Belmont healthy and safe going forward. Follow along to celebrate the Smeds and her journey!
