Who can give Sii Faa the forever home he deserves? He needs a home with cat savvy people who can give him the attention, love, and stability he needs. Due to his current circumstances he can be somewhat shy and timid, but with the right home he will flourish into the sweet guy that he is!!
Please share and let me know if you would like me to connect you to his mom. Thanks!

“This is Sii Faa (pronounced like “See Faw”), a male Siamese cat who will be 3 years old on June 18. His name is the Thai word for “blue,” the jewel tone color of his eyes, and his coat’s distinctive dark markings are identifiers for his Lynx Point classification. Unlike other Siamese types, he is relatively quiet and has a laid-back temperament. As a young cat, however, he loves to play—especially with light weight, spring-like toys he can bat around and with feathery wand toys like DaBird. He’s a lovable and curious companion who looks for opportunities to sit on a lap or get close to you so he can rub up against you, be petted and calm you with his purr. Siamese are smart, loyal, agile, and social (when not napping in one of many hiding places or engaged by the movement in a YouTube video of birds or silly string).
He was adopted from the Oregon Humane Society just over two years ago, a few months before my husband passed away. At that time, he was a very shy and frightened cat since he had just arrived at the shelter the day before from an active and busy household that included two dogs and several teenage children. While he’s initially hesitant around strangers, he’s thrived in a smaller and quieter environment –importantly, where his owner is mostly at home during the day—and where he knows he’s safe and loved.
Sii Faa has been an ideal companion, entertaining and comforting me during this long COVID situation, jumping up in bed sometimes during the early morning to curl up and sleep with me. While seeking a new home for him would have been unthinkable earlier this year, it is because I love him so much that I am doing so now. Traveling frequently back and forth from Portland to Central Oregon (and soon to Southern California, eventually to international destinations) has dramatically reduced the amount of time I have to play and interact with him. He deserves more.”
