HOURS AND POLICY UPDATES PLEASE READ!
Hi friends! We are gearing up for the fall and winter seasons and are making some changes to our policies and hours, both of which will take effect October 1st!
We are going back to our normal hours: M-F 10-7, Sat 10-6 and Sun 10-5.
We will also be upping our in-shop customer limit to 6 people in an effort to cut down on the amount of people having to wait outside in the drearier seasons. We ask that you please continue to be aware of your surroundings and respect the space of other patrons and employees, and be mindful of your shopping time if others are waiting outside.
We are still happy to take email orders, and do curbside pickup. And don’t forget you can also order a selection of items on our website for pick-up in store (link in bio).

Just an update that we will be closed again today, the 14th, but be back open tomorrow, the 15th. In the meantime, here's shop dog Gertie celebrating her gotcha day because we all need to see that smile right now!

Friends - the air quality has gotten much worse. We will be closed today, Sunday, 9/13. We apologize for any inconvenience but our first priority is safety for our employees and our community. Our hearts go out to those who have lost their homes and loved ones. Please stay safe and limit outside time for your furbabies, as well as yourselves. We'll post any other updates here throughout the week. ❤️

Artist and Retail community- Portland Community- People who care- Artist and Portland business owner of GreenHAUS gallery and OpenHAUS CO-working space, coleREED has once again been the victim of a racist attack. The front window was broken today by a rock causing physical damage and severe mental distress. Cole is a prominent Black business figure and community catalyst. She has already had multiple bodily harm threats and her OpenHAUS co-working space was tagged a few weeks ago with white Mayhem. THIS MUST STOP! When the police were called, they said they were “too busy” to show up. So let’s show up for her! We are raising this money to fix her window, install HD security cameras so that we can see in detail if this happens again and for security for her and the shop. With everything going on, we are a bit late in wishing everyone a Happy Pride Month! Today was a huge victory for LGBTQ rights with the SCOTUS ruling, but there’s still a lot of work to be done. We want to honor Pride Month without detracting from the fight for racial justice. We have made donations to and .

Basic Rights Oregon has the following mission: “Basic Rights Oregon will ensure that all le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender and q***r Oregonians experience equality by building a broad and inclusive politically powerful movement, shifting public opinion, and achieving policy victories.” They also aim to prioritize LGBTQ POC and other marginalized q***r communities.

The Marsha P. Johnson Institute works to protect the rights of the Black Transgender community.
