I think it's important to talk about enclosures after they've been bought and sold.
I'm not sure why/how/IDFK how these didn't get sealed right but they obviously didn't.
She contacted me and I asked the obvious questions
*how much do you spray*
*moisture content*
*humidity *
*location?*
but we can all see where the problem started. Me! It breaks my heart to see an unsafe environment and what feels like a rip off from my customer.
If you are paying money for something, ask questions, do research, don't ever feel like a bother because it's a month late or late at night. It's your money! I sent her 2 new enclosures with no wood but what a stressful and pain in the ass (for her not me! )thing to do! I can't say I'm sorry enough.
I love my customers and always want to make it right. You guys are the reason this little side business exists.

Went to a comedy show tonight.
Comedian: What animals do you guys have that you treat like your children?!
People yell out answers...he kinda made fun of a lady so no one wanted to answer after that.
My husband: SPIDERS
Comedian: Did you say SPIDERS!? you have spiders?
My husband: No, my wife does.
Comedian: Those are not pets! You live with them?!
Conversations happened throughout the crowd. Not a lot of people liked the spider pet thing. He joked about it. It was actually really fun.
Comedian: Sir...those are red flags! Red flags! Her spiders are going to kill you at night! She must be hot, is she hot? I can't see her.
I laughed my ass off 🤣 😂
It was a fun mom and dad night.

Not spood related but if you are ever wondering why I'm slow to respond....it's because I'm probably pulling her off a windmill or out some other tall thing she can climb. 😐😏🫣
She takes after me and all but no one was ever watching me that close to tell me not to jump out of windows, off roofs or out of really tall trees...

She's been struggling with climbing and scaring me with her "almost" falls. In order to keep Olive safe I've decided to move her to "Strawberry skulls retirement home." It's got lots of big steps and plenty of places to explore.

I took a chance and ordered a culture from Growing Savage.
I'm glad I did! Culture looks great, tons of little guys in there. Great prices, free shipping, and they sent me a little plant cutting as a gift. How nice!

I wish spïders were a more popular pet where I live. (North Idaho)
I see everyone going to the repticons and expos and wish I had some even remotely close to me. The closest I've found was 2.5 hours away.
I've looked into our craft fairs, markets and such here but they often won't let you sĕll live animals and don't seem to interested in letting me sěll homes even.
Even if I could sĕll just the houses I don't have anyone close-ish to me to to provide the spïders.
I started this whole business because I came across about 70 babies that I built homes for an rehòmed with custom homes. They sòld quite well actually so I know there is some interest in it.
ANYWAYS....just a little rant. 😆🤪

Anyone else just have a day? It's been A DAY.
I've heard a lot of people saying they are having a month because of planets and such. I believe it.
Either way, between the kids constant fighting, misplacing absolutely everything, stressing about losing my ear buds, plus almost drowning my spoods in a MIMOSA! Yes, a mimosa. Like I said....IT WAS A DAY....
I am no longer allowed drinks in the work area unless it has a lid. I spilled a giant mimosa (don't judge, its been a day) all over my tools, plants, 3D prints, table, window sill, storage container with all my stuff, absolutely everything except myself somehow, and then in/on/all around my 7 baby spood homes! COVERED THEM!
PANIC MODE was activated. Before we read further - Yes....everyone is okay. Everything was cleaned, after like an hour. I somehow tossed my earbuds case in the trash while doing this. Glad I didn't take the garbage out before finding it. Only to realize the right ear bud was nowhere to be found. Found it in some shorts from a few days ago...all is good everything has been found. I was stressing about it.
I'm just going to crawl under my "haunted blanket" and start tomorrow with higher hopes 😆😅🫠

A few more enclosures in the etsy store 👻💀

I'm making a few more of the hanging bat themed enclosures (simular but not exact decor) in the 7.5L x 8H x 3.5W. I know a few of you had showed interest in that style.

The cat skull/strawberry one is a retirement home for one of my girls and the pictured bat themed one is an already reserved home. I'll have 2 more available for purchase as soon as I'm finished with them if anyone is interested.
