A little worried about my friend Cat , she was too hoarse to talk yesterday, and if you are un housed, its hard to recover from even a simple cold. Ill check up on her Today.

One of my homeless friends "Cat" and her Terrier, I stopped to check up on them near their camp in the Riverbed.

Nightfam! When Jo Ann had a heart attack, something unexpected happened.

She was saved by her 150-pound pot-bellied pig named Lulu! 🐷

Jo Ann collapsed alone in her trailer and Lulu noticed something was wrong. This smart pig squeezed through the dog flap, CUTTING herself in the process... but she didn't stop there.

She ran to the road and did something GENIUS:
She lay down in the middle of traffic!
When cars wouldn't stop, she'd run back to check on Jo Ann, then return to the road and try again!

Finally, one driver stopped.
And doctors later said: "15 more minutes, and Jo Ann would have died."

Their dog barked for help and Lulu figured out a whole rescue mission on her own!

Nightfam, this story proves something powerful:
Heroes don't always look like what we expect. Sometimes they come with hooves instead of capes! 🦸‍♀️

Pip and Ellie prove that size and race do not matter when it comes to friendship. Ellie will protect her little friend from Coyotes or other rowdy dogs and they often nap together Pip has zero hair coat for warmth so a warm body to snuggle with is welcome.
