We welcome new clients and look forward to providing our services for our returning clients for the upcoming holidays 🦃🎄✨️🎉!!! Just a reminder we are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New year's eve and New Years day! Give us a call if you are trying to have a cleaned up smelling good pup before then 😊!

ATTENTION 🎉✨️
Here at PHS Pet Grooming we are currently active for online bookings ☺️🐾! If you are needing to book through Google search engine or through Facebook below are images that will help guide you to booking at your own convenience. School, work and holidays can get hectic sometimes,.. so we are proud to announce that we want to make life easier for our new or returning clients. We can get very busy during the work day while we are grooming animals, so we always appreciate everyone's patience. Now you can pick your appointments at your own convenience especially if you are on a time crunch. We still will continue to awsner phone calls, emails and facebook messages. Interested in booking with our team? We have a Lead Groomer that does all of above services from our menu and our second Groomer only handles dog/cat bath services including dog bath and tidys. Cat nail trims and any other cat services will ONLY be available to book Fridays and Saturdays. We are happy to provide this new outlet for everyone 🩷. We are still open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays 9:30am to 2:30pm. Please reach out if you have any questions and enjoy the practicality of Online Booking with us! Videos will be posted separately for easy guidance to navigate to our online booking through square link.

WOooOOF👻🐾.. these are our spooky stars of the past 2 weeks!! ✨️. Looking for a spooktacular groom?! Give us a call and we will happily book you an appointment 😊. Interested in seeing our grooming space or have questions? Come on in and we can book you an appointment in person during grooming hours 🤗. Walk right up the gravel road beside the Potsdam Humane Society and we will be happy to help!
Hours are 9am to 2:30pm Tues,Wed,Fri,Sat. Sometimes depending on how our grooms go we can stay later than closing time.

Happy puptober everyone 🍁🐾🎃!! We have some exciting news that is in the works at the moment..we will be officially having online booking for everyone to access to make appointments ☺️. Too busy to call or need time with figuring out your scheduling during busy work weeks or holidays? We will have an easy portal link coming SOON to solve that problem where u can pick the day and time that works best for you✨️. We will announce when the link for our online booking is active. At the moment the client's we have moved over from our current Google calender will receive text reminders the day before their appointment. We look forward to making life easier when we can't reach our phone during busy hours 🩷.

Announcement 🐾🎉!!
Here at PHS Pet Grooming we will be upcharging $10-$25 on top of the service price given. These 3 things below are what the upcharges will be provided for.
(We have this attached to our menu in our shop and want to make it known here on Facebook✔️)
1. Matting
( For how long it takes for the severity of matting on your pet )
2. Reactive dogs
( Appointments made for dogs that cannot be around other animals )
3. Behavior
( Depending on if pets that come for appointments that need extra time due to being on sedation or difficult to work with )

We provide the most top tier care for all of our clientele and must apply these if necessary due to scheduling. We need to make profit where that time is being spent extra on the ones that need our attention 🩷. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your dog please reach out to our team ! We appreciate everyone's understanding and still look forward to putting our best foot forward with working with any of these 3 cases🐾.
