Letters to Sandy Claws...
_________>^^<___________
Dear Sandy Claws,
I just watched Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer with the wonderful Mommy-Lady. I really enjoyed the movie, but what really got my attention was the Island of Misfit Toys and how you were able to find great homes for them all.
Here, at Fosterlings, there are several of us that are Misfits. Very loving cats and kittens with special needs (missing eyes, blind, CH) -- often needing nothing more than extra love and a safe place to live. Cats like me.
My Christmas wish is for all Fosterlings Misfits to to find wonderful loving families who can look beyond our wobbles, stumbles, and different appearances. We just want to be loved.
Thank you,
Miss Merri-Grey
(1 year old, moderate CH)
Bottle babies Penny and Pearl are almost 4 weeks old. Can you believe it? Look how much they've grown! Within the next couple of days they will graduate from the incubator and move into an extra large enclosure where they will have plenty of room to learn to scamper, play and pounce, not to mention learning important skills like proper usage of a litter box.
5 week old Mr. Schrodinger watched the Olympic Break Dancing and thought he could do better. What do you think... Gold medal?
Miss Blueberry and the Attack of the Vicious Toe Monster!
Mr. Patriot: Apex Predator!
Miss Blueberry is learning to play ... and enjoying having food in a bowl.
Little Miss Blueberry is beginning to wean!
Charley walking around.
For questions about Charley, or to set an appointment to visit, contact Fosterlings by phone or text at 610-329-4266.
UPDATE: unfortunately, Mr. Goose stopped eating and, despite my best efforts, he crossed the bridge late Monday evening. Rest in peace Sweet boy. You take a piece of my heart with you.

These kittens have a condition known as CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) or Wobbly Cat Syndrome. This is a neurological brain disorder stemming from an underdeveloped cerebellum, the part of the brain that controls motor function and coordination. They are not in pain. The condition is not progressive.
The kittens, named Quiver and Quake, are available for adoption through Fosterlings. For more information: 610-329-4266 by phone or text.
