Our Story

My name is Travis Tackett and I am the owner and taxidermist of TDT Mounts. I’ve always had a love for hunting and I started doing taxidermy in 2016 for myself as well as my friends and family because there weren’t many places in Russellville that did it. I really enjoyed the opportunity to be creative and design custom options to fit individual styles. I realized that I had quite a nac for doing taxidermy work and saw that need for more local options in the Arkansas River Valley and surrounding areas and decided to open up this business! Since I began really diving into taxidermy, I have had the opportunity to create some pretty unique pieces for my customers!
