🥗SEEKING 2025 SATURDAY CSA MEMBERS!
Your weekend routine just got a lot brighter. Saturdays from 9-12 we have CSA distribution at the farm. Saturday members are greeted by the one and only Bala (second picture) every other week with Bridget being an equally great counterpart. Bala is one of our longest running bartershare members and his presence while members sign in is light-hearted and joyful!
Saturday members also get to enjoy a bit of spaciousness at pick up and can take their time a bit more than our busy Tuesday distros. Once they’ve secured their 5 or 10 items, members then harvest their own bonus goodies on the land with the weekly pick your own offering.
Sign up today to secure your June-November membership in 2025!

Where do you experience joy being in nature in Poughkeepsie?
I enjoy going to the trail behind the Stop N Shop because it is surrounded by lots of trees.

What do you think a farm in Poughkeepsie should offer the community?
I love all the things that Poughkeepsie Farm [Project] offers. I would say that maybe you should offer more workshops because they are very educational and fun.

Imagine you had FREE and UNLIMITED access to a local farm….what would you most want to experience there?
As a Poughkeepsie City Schools cafeteria worker, I would like to be able to go and enjoy the [farm produce culinary] workshops like we need to. The workshops are key education and I personally enjoyed them very much.
