Foreign Body Awareness 🫶 (Photo warning ⚠️)
Our lovely pets can be very sneaky and like to run off with things around the house! A couple weeks ago, we had a patient come in who ate an entire men’s crew sock! A few minutes after applying our special eye drop to induce vomiting, we were happy to see the entire sock come up! We are very glad to hear he’s back to his normal self again 🩷

First visit to the clinic!
Meet Wren!
Wren came to meet Dr. Adams a few weeks ago. She came in with her big sister for her exam, and we were able to snap a couple of photos with her and her owner. She did great for her exam and her vaccines.
We also discovered that Wren and Dr. Rouge have the same hair color, isn't that cute!

Meet Parker!
Parker is a 10 year old Maltese mix who came to see Dr.Blanchard last week because he wasn’t feeling very well. He loved being snuggled in a blanket, and he even showed off his mohawk! We’re glad you’re feeling better Parker! 🤍

Poptart is a 14 week old oriental who came in to see Dr.Rouge for her first ever kitten exam! She did great for her vaccines, and got lots of snuggles her entire visit! Isn’t she a cutie?! 🐱🩷

Meet Savannah! Savannah has been with Poulsbo Animal Clinic just under two years. She works hard to keep your pets visit as fear-free as possible. Here, she is with one of our post-op CBLO patients. He was having a little bit of a rough time, and Savannah took the time to snuggle and sing to him.

🚨🐾Pet Spotlight!🐾🚨 Meet Alu! Alu is a 5-month-old Oriental kitten who came in to see Dr. Rouge last month for radiographs. He needed a little assistance, so the staff gave him some Churu to help. The staff grabbed this video of him loving his Churu!

🩵Tech Appointment Highlight!🩵 Meet Charlie! Charlie came in for a technician appointment a couple of weeks ago. Charlie did great for his appointment, and before he left, he had a lot to say despite the kitties that were trying to sleep 😉. Christy caught this short video of him. See you next time, Charlie!

We had some very cute visitors yesterday! 7 King Charles Cavalier puppies came for a litter exam with Dr. Adams. All puppies are off to new home soon. 🚨🐾Pet Spotlight!🐾🚨 Meet Remington! Remington is a sweet German Shepherd mix that came to see Dr. Rouge on Wednesday as a drop-off appointment for an ear infection. We cleaned his ears and medicated them. Remington wasn't a huge fan of hanging out in his kennel so he got to hang out under the desk while Lead CVA, Christy did some paperwork and snapped a quick video of him being a good boy. He was very well behaved while he waited for his owner, who arrived shortly after. Thanks for being a good patient, Remington! 💚

🚨🐾Pet Spotlight!🐾🚨 Remember Zuri! 🐱💚 Zuri is 6 months old now and came to see us yesterday for her spay with Dr. Adams. She did phenomenal for the whole day! I spent some time giving her extra attention. I was able to take a short video of Zuri in recovery. -Christy(VA)🩵 Happy Recovery, Zuri!
